PepeGuild is a mining pool for the layer 1 cryptocurrency Pepecoin. There is no account system on PepeGuild. You must download the Pepecoin Core wallet, create a receiving address, and use that address as the username when connecting your miner to PepeGuild.

Payments are paid out as soon as the blockchain confirms the block. This takes about 4 hours. This means there is a sliding window in which you will start receiving payments 4 hours from the time you started mining.

Download something like Open Hardware Monitor to watch your CPU and GPU temperatures and set up some alerts. In general, 90 degrees Celsius is very hot, 100 degrees Celsius is critical and can cause permanent damage. CGMiner has built in temperature monitoring in the settings. When CGMiner starts mining, there will be options like "[S]ettings" the [S] means you can press S to go into the settings. Go through the menus and familiarize yourself with your mining software.
